REFUND  POLICY

·         Once the return of the medical equipment is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.

·         If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method after reasonable deductions as applicable.

·         Once the refund is processed, it might take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
