In addition to our medical and non-medical services, we are committed to extend our service in providing genuine medical equipment to the patient as required by them for their speedy recovery from their ailment at the convenience of their home.

 

We provide the medical equipment as required by the patient either for sale or for rent.

 

The medical equipment return policy witnesseth as follows ;

 if is for sale and the client agrees to accept to all the terms and conditions and the privacy policy as detailed below while placing his/her order for the purchase of medical equipment arranged by us.

 

Return of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

The customer can return the medical equipment received and get a replacement/refund against the medical equipment purchased by the customer.

·         In case of any physical damage of the medical equipment from our end, return can be accepted only if the customer contacted the company within 24 hours of receipt of the medical equipment & establishes that the product delivered is in defective condition or has physical damage.

·         Refund/Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 3 days from the date of delivery.

·         In case of receipt of damaged or defective medical equipment, please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once our team member has checked and determined the same at his end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the returned products by Sri Siddeshwara Health Care private limited.

·         In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

·         In case of a return, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the authorized person arranged by us.

·         To arrange pick-up generally it takes 1-2 days & 5-7 working days to receive the medical equipment depending on your location.

·         A product will not be replaced/refunded under the following circumstances:

o    If the customer is not happy with the appearance of a defect-free product.

o    If the physical damage is not notified to the Company within 24 hours of receiving the product

o    For any damage caused by the user.

 

In addition to our wide range of medical and non-medical services, we also extent our service of providing medical equipment as required by the patient for their speedy recovery from their ailment at the convenience of their home.

 

The client is liable to return of the medical equipment supplied by us only if it is found defective against its specifications for a replacement of the same.

 

The physical damage or the defectiveness of the medical equipment supplied by us has to be intimated to us within reasonable time.
